Design process overview:
Part 1 –

This is the process of a graphic presentation, this will create potential situations to be solved and communicated.
You can start very basic such as pencil and paper which help you understand, define and frame the problem. This allows a visual representation which benefits the planning stage which can be made with diagrams, flow chart and models which will benefit you to get an idea to what you want to achieve.

Once the idea is planned and organised, it is ready to become
digitalized. However simply drawing these ideas first can solve issues and problems which uses time effectively instead of doing digital. This allows you to see the prototype and how it will be in use.
Once all the planning is done, its important to make prototypes, there are different ways this can be achieved however pick one suitable for your project e.g origami

This example demonstrates how to bring your ideas to life, this design prototype allows you to see how it will work for the user and how it behaves through the testing prototype.
Part 2 –
What people are trying to do
How they may try to do it
What gets in the way or helps
Where they might be doing it
