Mental Models:
Important for user experience to illustrate how the user approaches a problem. If there is no shaping or illustrating the design can lead to poor user experience. Persona allows you to help alterate better designs for the user based to validating your design to met users needs and expectations.
Artefact Persona:
- Useful for clients meeting and discuss what they like and dislike about the project
- Product personality questions which allows you to get an idea of the desired personality and designing.
- Experience key words. Group descriptive words and concepts form foundation that design visual strategies to develop positive experience and reactions.
