This lecture look at how user persona applied to user scenario leading to the story that the user acts out and how the user will interact with the given project. Even though there are different personas, this will contribute towards testing any problems and difficulties giving you a chance to go back and solve it. User scenario allows you to test site structure before its developed and isolate problems before they become problems.

User scenario mapping leads to tracking different behaviours or stories. Scenario is a narrative describing foreseeable interactions of types of users and the system includes –

• Goals
• Experience
• Expectation
• Motivate
• Action

Once user persona is finished explore the interactions they will have have with the predict. Think about the problem to solve and questions they ask.

Scenario drives this process helping us identify what the functions and satisfy the user personas goals
